Gas and Supply began as Industrial Welding Supply in 1981, and is now one of North America's largest industrial distributors. Gas and Supply has 27 locations in Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, Texas, and Oklahoma.

J&C Machine Works
J&C Machine Works, established in 1981, is a maintenance oriented machine shop and fabrication facility. J&C does pump repair, marine maintenance, tugboat engine inspections, shaft and sheave work, boom repairs, and bucket repairs. J&C also does standard machine shop, welding, and fabricating work.
Cherry Picker Parts
Cherry Picker Parts, formed in 1990, distributes a complete line of new, used and reconditioned parts for Dresser, Galion, Grove, Manitex, P&H, and Pettibone hydraulic cranes.
Cherry Picker Parts offers prices that are up to 50% off dealer prices on axles, engines, seals, packing, hydraulic cylinders, cabs, booms, jibs, Rotek gears, transmissions, and torque converters. New and reconditioned parts carry the same 90-day warranty available on factory parts.
Cherry Picker Parts has a fleet of 8 to 25 ton hydraulic cranes for rent and resale, and the service department is fully equipped to meet the customer's needs.

Steam and Process Repair, formed in 1991, is an engineering, manufacturing, and field service organization that specializes in leak repair, steam trap maintenance, and bolt torquing for petro-chemical facilities. Steam and Process Repair can provide a complete service or will provide engineered clamps.
S&P Specialties
S&P Specialties, established in 2003, provides high-temperature ceramics, metal repairs, concrete protection, epoxies, and novalacs that solve problems such as erosion, corrosion, acid proofing, non-skid, concrete rebuilding, and secondary containment.
